Align Production Systems

Align comprises of 3 main brands: Align Production Systems, Airfloat, and Hedin USA. In 1967, Airfloat was founded as the creator and innovator of air caster technology, and still continues to develop systems using this technology. Align Production Systems was created as the parent brand and is responsible for material handling equipment such as industrial turntables, welding positioners, and ergonomic equipment such as hydraulic lifts & tilts. In 2019, a joint-venture was formed between Align Production Systems and Hedin Lagan, a battery-powered transporter manufacturer. This relationship brought decades of battery and AGV technology to North America to create Hedin USA.

Since then, Align has been focused on offering efficient automated solutions to customers and ensuring the highest quality products to heavy industry manufacturers. All products are designed and manufactured in the United States, with our headquarters located in St. Louis, Missouri, and our manufacturing facility in Decatur, Illinois.

Today’s processing environment is all about accomplishing the highest degree of efficiency, or lean manufacturing.
